I offer therapy sessions and MFT supervision in person and via video, for thoes physically located in Arizona. For Consultation services and sound healing, I’m happy to meet in person or connect virtually, no matter where you’re located.
Directions
We are located in the Redfield Office Plaza,
on the NW corner of Hayden and Redfield Roads
in the Scottsdale Airpark.
From the 101, exit Raintree and head west.
Make a left onto Hayden Road at the roundabout to head south, then turn right onto Redfield.
The office complex will be on your right.
Fees
Individual and Couples Therapy - $150
Brainspotting Consultation - $150
Individual Sound Healing - $150
MFT Supervision - $175
I accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, as well as Flexible Spending and Health Spending Accounts.
For additional services, please reach out for rates.
Insurance
While I don’t work directly with insurance, for therapy onlyI can provide a Superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement. If you’d like to explore this option, here are a few questions you can ask your insurance company:

Do you reimburse for CPT codes 90791, 90837, and 90847? (These are commonly used for our services.)

How do I submit Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement?
I can provide a good faith estimate for therapy services. Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage, or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
