I’m Gina, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and owner of Let That Shit Go, PLLC, based in Scottsdale, AZ. I specialize in trauma therapy that works with both the mind and body to create lasting change. Using approaches like EMDR, Brainspotting, and Mindfulness, I help individuals and couples address how life experiences are held in the nervous system - often long after the events have passed - and impact their current behaviors and relationships.

With a background in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University, I began my career focusing on couples therapy, where I saw how unresolved trauma shapes our emotional patterns and interactions. This led me to specialize in trauma treatments that go beyond talk therapy, working directly with the body and brain’s response systems. For clients interested in a more integrative approach, I also incorporate sound healing to further support nervous system regulation.
