What Therapy Looks Like Here
You may already understand your patterns.
You know what you want to change.
You might even know why you do what you do.
And yet… you don’t feel better.

The triggers still show up. The reactions still happen. The insight hasn’t created the relief you hoped for.

If that resonates, you’re not doing anything wrong. Insight is important - but sometimes it only reaches so far.

As a Brainspotting therapist, I focus on helping your nervous system process what insight alone cannot resolve. Instead of trying to think your way out of old patterns, we work with how those experiences are held in the body.

Brainspotting uses focused eye positions and body awareness to access deeper emotional processing. Some people experience waves of emotion. Others notice shifts in physical sensations, memories, or imagery. Every nervous system processes differently, and we move at a pace that feels steady and supportive for you.

This work may be a good fit for you if:
• You’ve done therapy before and still feel stuck
• You understand your triggers but still react the same way
• You tend to overthink or over-intellectualize your emotions
• You know you’re safe now, but your body doesn’t always feel that way
• You’ve spent a lot of time talking through your concerns, but haven’t experienced the shift you were hoping for
• You’re open to a body-based approach rather than purely cognitive work
