Service Description

Allow yourself to relax as you are immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, metal bowls, rainstick, ocean drum, gong, and wind chimes. These powerful sounds travel through the air, vibrating your body’s tissues, muscles, and cells, helping to release tension and restore balance. As the rhythms synchronize with your nervous system, you’ll slip into a calm, peaceful state. Let go, unwind, and reset in this deeply soothing experience. I’ll have mats and blankets available to help you settle in. You’re welcome to bring pillows, eye masks, or anything that makes your rest feel even softer. The mission of the Lambda Phoenix Center is to provide an inviting, safe and supportive community space for individuals and families in the metro Phoenix LGBTQ community recovering from alcoholism and other addictions. Join us to help keep recovery accessible to the LGBTQ community. All proceeds for this sound bath will be donated to Lambda Phoenix Center
