Let That Shit Go, PLLC

Gina Weisman, LMFT

Brainspotting for deep thinkers who are ready to stop analyzing and start processing.

If you’re feeling stuck.
If you’ve already talked about it… but it still affects you.
If you understand it, but nothing is changing.

Insight alone isn’t always enough.

Brainspotting helps you process what talking couldn’t
so you can finally feel different, not just understand it

For Clients

When it keeps coming up no matter how much you’ve worked on it

You’ve talked about it, you understand it, and yet your reactions still feel automatic.

This work goes beyond insight and helps you process what’s stored deeper in your system so those patterns can begin to shift.

Let’s try therapy a new way.

For Providers

Ready to deepen your clinical work?

You’re already doing meaningful work, and you’re looking to go further.  Whether you’re expanding your understanding of Brainspotting or growing through MFT supervision, this is a collaborative space to learn and develop in a way that aligns with your goals.

Grounded in curiosity, this work welcomes learning without judgment.

Sound Healing

You’re always on. Always thinking. Always trying to manage everything at once.

You don’t have to do that here.

You don’t have to figure anything out. Just space to rest, feel supported, and let your nervous system reset without effort.

This isn’t one-size-fits-all

There isn’t just one way to heal

and still feels stuck.

Understanding your trauma doesn’t heal it.

That’s where
deeper work begins

Brainspotting does things differently.

Instead of trying to think your way through what keeps getting triggered, you can begin to process it from the deeper parts of your brain where emotions, memories, and body responses actually live.

So the part of you that’s been holding the distress can finally start to release it rather than relive it.

Meet The Team

Gina Weisman
LMFT, MFT Supervisor, Brainspotting Consultant

I’m Gina, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the owner of Let That Shit Go, PLLC in Scottsdale, AZ. I’ve always been deeply curious about people, their stories, the ways our early experiences shape how we show up in the world, and how perspective shapes everything. That curiosity eventually became my career.

When I began my work as a therapist in 2016, I noticed that many clients developed strong insight into their patterns but still didn’t feel different. They could explain their triggers, their history, even their attachment style and yet the triggers still felt just as intense, and old belief systems continued to feel true. That realization led me to Brainspotting in 2019, and I was struck by the kind of change that can happen when we shift from analyzing issues to working directly with the parts of the brain that store our reflexes, reactions, nervous system states, memories, and emotions.

I combine Brainspotting with engaged, collaborative talk therapy. I’m not a “just nod and reflect” kind of therapist. I’ll share observations, perspectives, and patterns I notice, and we’ll work together toward meaningful change.
